Before you write
Every letter is a gift you weave for your beloved, carrying your everlasting love and tenderness.
We fully understand how heavy and precious this love is.
Before writing your message, please read the following preparations and guidelines carefully.
1. Recall all good things
When scheduling a letter, you probably already have a clear idea of who your recipient(s) are.
Before writing, please take a few minutes, close your eyes, and slowly recall everything about them.
Whether it is happy, exciting, or warm memories, savor them all in your mind.
2. Choose a theme
Think about what you want to share in your letter.
Is it thanks, blessings, encouragement, apology or something else?
Feel free to include more than one subject in your message.
If there is more than one subject, please briefly list the subjects in order of priority. This will help you organize your letter.
3. Prepare writing tools
You should submit your content via our platform. (We do not accept any physical objects, including letters, small items, etc.!)
But if you feel that pen and paper are more convenient when writing, feel free to use pen and paper. Many people prefer to write emotional letters by hand.
If you are unable to provide an electronic document, you can also scan or even take a photo of the information you wrote, and we will do our best to help.
4. Start writing your letter
Please don’t worry about making your message perfect or changing the wording! Even writing in a mix of languages is perfectly fine.
What truly matters is expressing your genuine feelings; don’t stress about grammar or anything like that for now.
5. Content Guidelines and References
The following guidelines are for reference only:
-
